Diversidad bentónica en la playa El Brujo y Chérrepe, La Libertad de julio a diciembre del 2017

Abstract

El objetivo de esta investigación fue determinar los índices de diversidad en El Brujo y Chérrepe, durante julio a diciembre 2017. Se establecieron 12 estaciones de muestreo para Chérrepe y 15 estaciones para El Brujo. Las muestras fueron colectadas mensualmente con la ayuda de una draga Van veen de 0,05 m-2, se tomó datos de temperatura (°C). Para realizar el conteo, separar e identificar se utilizó un estereoscopio marca LEICA DFC450 con cámara incorporada, Para la identificación taxonómica se utilizó claves taxonómicas de invertebrados marinos. Se determinó densidad, frecuencia de ocurrencia, distribución e índices ecológicos Shannon-Wiener (H´), Equidad de Pielou (J´) y Margalef (d´). Se registró 25 especies para El Brujo y Chérrepe pertenecientes a 7 Phyllum (Echinodermata, Arthropoda, Annelida, Nemertea, Mollusca, Phoronida, Sipuncula), siendo el grupo más abundante y con mayor densidad la clase Polychaeta. Las especies con mayor densidad para el brujo fue Leitoscoloplos sp. con 57320 ind/m2, Magelona sp. con 2640 ind/m2 y Owenia sp. con 1260 ind/m2 y para Chérrepe Gammaropsis sp. Con 5700 ind/m2 Y Grubeulepis sp. Con 3240 ind/m2. La distribución amontonada predomino en las 25 especies en El Brujo y en 19 especies de Chérrepe excepto las especies Nephtys Ferruginea, Grubeulepis sp., Glycera sp., Leitoscoloplos sp., Diopatra sp. y Nemertea que presentaron distribución al azar. El índice de diversidad fue de 0,94 bits/ind. Para El Brujo y 2,85 bits/ind para Chérrepe, el estado de diversidad para El Brujo es crítico y Chérrepe es moderado estaría relacionado con al tamaño de grano del sedimento.

ABSTRACT: The aim of this research was to determine the diversity indexes of El Brujo and Chérrepe, this investigation was carried out during July to December 2017. 12 sampling stations were established for Chérrepe and 15 stations for El Brujo. Samples were collected monthly with the help of a Van Veen dredger of 0.05 m-2, temperature data were taken (° C). The species with the highest density for the sorcerer was Leitoscoloplos sp. With 57320 ind / m2, Magelona sp. With 2640 ind / m2 and Owenia sp. With 1260 ind / m2 and for Chérrepe Gammaropsis sp. With 5700 ind / m2 And Grubeulepis sp. With 3240 ind / m2. The piled up distribution predominated in the 25 species in El Brujo and in 19 species of Chérrepe except the species Nephtys ferruginea, Grubeulepis sp., Glycera sp., Leitoscoloplos sp., Diopatra sp And Nemertea who presented random distribution. The diversity index was 0.94 bits / ind. For El Brujo and 2.85 bits / ind for Chérrepe.
